Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations in the United States. You will learn products, prepare, serve, and break down displays, and interact with consumers in a professional manner.

A neat appearance and the ability to follow company procedures are required. The role typically involves up to 25 hours per week with possible variations based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Computer skills: proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Has desire and ability to intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access internet and internal systems (Outlook, Word, PDFs).
