Advantage Solutions in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for Product Demonstration to lead an in-store team that brings brands to life. You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise Product Demonstrators, ensure quality product prep and presentation, and deliver outstanding Club member service.

You’ll coordinate with warehouse managers and vendors, support new location grand openings, and maintain strong communication across the operation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable recruiting, training, and leading a team in a friendly, motivating way.
• Have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bring 3+ years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Are detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Can exercise independent judgment and coach employees through performance issues.
• Are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Are available to participate in new location grand openings as needed.
