Job summary

Advantage Solutions (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep and presentation, training, and provide superb service to Club members, including participation in grand openings at new locations.

Responsibilities include directing recruitment and training of staff, coordinating between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side, branded consumer goods or related mix.
• NEHA certification required; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities for successful events, promotions and sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and ops goals.
• Collaborate with District Manager to analyze performance metrics.
• Manage revenue, expenses and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Oversee staff preparation, training, and event execution.
