Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking an experienced Full-Time Event Manager for in-store product demonstrations. You will recruit, hire and supervise demonstrators, oversee product prep and training, and ensure top-notch service to Club members. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and staff, and participate in new location openings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and hands-on event execution, with a set Tue–Sat schedule and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company; or a mix of supplier-side and client-side experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coach and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support development of governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and cost management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
