Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in Central Point, Oregon is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to lead product demonstrations, recruit and train staff, and oversee event execution. The role requires strong communication with warehouses, vendors, and in-store demonstrators, including openings of new locations.

The position offers a set Tue-Sat schedule, full benefits, 401(k), and PTO. A background in retail, hospitality or food environments and NEHA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods environment; or a mix of supplier/client experience.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Evaluate event performance metrics with District Manager and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and cost management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
