Club Demonstration Services is seeking a full-time Event Manager - Product Demonstration in Tallahassee, FL to lead in-store demonstrations and oversee staff. You will recruit, train and supervise part-time Product Demonstrators, ensure product preparation, conduct trainings and coordinate with managers, vendors and demonstrators to support grand openings.

This role emphasizes strong communication, leadership and the ability to manage events from planning to execution, with scheduled Tue-Sat

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
