Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to lead in-store brand experiences across locations. You will recruit, train, and supervise Product Demonstrators, oversee product prep and presentation, and ensure exceptional service for Club members.

You will collaborate with warehouse managers and vendors, support new location grand openings, and drive revenue through effective events and promotions while maintaining strong team leadership and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and manage costs.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
