Advantage Solutions, via Club Demonstration Services, seeks an Event Manager to oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of in-store product demonstrators. Lead product prep, training, and customer service, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators. Role includes participation in new location grand openings.

Position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced environments; benefits include full-time health plans and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or experienced
• 3–5 years of experience in client-side consumer goods or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach and develop staff
• Detail oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all events, promotions and sales activities
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales and service goals
• Support governance framework, policies, and procedures
• Evaluate event performance metrics with District Manager
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations
