Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a full-time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, overseeing product preparation and presentation, plus training to deliver exceptional service for Club members.

You will coordinate between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, support grand openings at new locations, and ensure food safety, operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and supervising teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and coach staff and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with standard office software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for events and promotions, including staffing and execution.
• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff for product demonstrations.
• Coordinate product preparation, presentation and food safety where applicable.
• Communicate strategies with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Assist with grand openings at new locations and ongoing event optimization.
