Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a full-time Event Manager to recruit, train, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, ensuring quality prep, presentation and customer service for Club members.

You will coordinate between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, participating in new location grand openings and maintaining strong cross-functional communication to drive successful events.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in a client-side, branded CPG company or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence
• Support maintenance and development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and cost management
• Optimize customer satisfaction through improved operations
