Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and service for Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators and supporting new location openings.

The role involves managing product demonstrations, training staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service and food safety when applicable, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or mix of supplier/client experience.
• Field of Study: Marketing, Business Administration or related.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support maintenance and development of corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as necessary.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and cost management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
