Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to oversee recruitment, hiring and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. You will coordinate product preparation, presentation, and training while delivering excellent service to Club members, including participation in new location grand openings.

Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with warehouse managers and vendors, ensuring food safety, and driving sales through

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or similar.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
