Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring superb service to Club members and coordination with warehouse managers and vendors.

The role includes participating in grand openings, maintaining strong communication, and delivering effective demonstrations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services.
• Communicate between multiple managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
