Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training, and presentation, ensuring high standards of customer service and coordination with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on event execution, with responsibilities including grand openings and ensuring food safety during demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company; or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support the maintenance and ongoing development of corporate governance framework, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as necessary.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation, strategy and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
