Job summary

Crossmark is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn the products, and maintain a professional appearance. You will prepare and serve samples, intercept consumers, and demonstrate products in a retail setting.

The role stays part-time (not to exceed 25 hours/week) with potential adjustments per client needs. Basic education, PC literacy, and physical ability to lift are required. English is the primary language.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills: ability to use a personal computer or mobile device with company systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical demands: Stand/walk, lift up to 25 (50 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Possesses knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate product features/benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples with small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and achieve 100% execution on tasks.
• Complete expense reports and on-line requirements on the day of events.
