Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time associate to perform in-store demonstrations for food and non-food items, gaining product knowledge and presenting samples to consumers.

The role requires engaging customers, explaining product benefits, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting client objectives. You will prepare event tables, complete online tasks on the day of events, and manage expenses according to policy.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as stated: high school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience preferred.
• Computer skills with PC or mobile device proficiency.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Intercept, engage, and sell products to consumers in a professional manner.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product and supplies for events.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per company policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as events.
