Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. The role requires product knowledge, proactive consumer interaction, and the ability to prepare and present samples using various appliances.

A professional appearance and strong teamwork are essential for success in a retail setting. The position is part-time, with a maximum of 25 hours per week, and may adjust based on business needs.

Competenze

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handler permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting up to 25–50 lbs, and frequent movement.

• Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements same day as Event execution.
• Use internet and internal systems; Outlook; Word and PDF forms.
