Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to engage customers with product knowledge in a retail setting. The role emphasizes professional presentation, accurate setup, and proactive interaction with shoppers.

The position is part-time and may require limited travel, with a focus on delivering demonstrations, reporting, and maintaining readiness for client visits. Strong communication and basic computer skills are important for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate on a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Intercepts consumers and demonstrates products in a positive manner.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution and achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
• Access internet and use company systems (Outlook, Word, PDFs).
