Acosta Group is seeking a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations for Acosta Sales & Marketing. You will learn products, demonstrate usage, and engage customers while maintaining a professional appearance in a retail setting.

The role involves setting up demo tables, preparing food samples with small appliances, and interacting with store personnel to meet client objectives. Flexible hours up to 25 per week; EEO employer.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months’ related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand and walk during shift; ability to lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and perform tasks with cleaning and food prep equipment.

Aufgaben

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Prepare and submit online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet, navigate company systems, use Microsoft Outlook, view documents (Word & Adobe PDFs).
