Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring product knowledge and delivering demonstrations professionally. Roles include preparation, servicing, and breakdown of products and equipment in a retail setting.

The position is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with required professional appearance and ability to interact with consumers and store staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand and walk for the shift; lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
