Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, engage customers, and demonstrate items using common kitchen appliances.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance and adherence to company policies while working up to 25 hours per week. Responsibilities include presenting product features, maintaining a clean workstation, setting up event tables, and coordinating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient with PC and mobile devices and standard software.
• Local food handlers permit may be required.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge for the items represented.
• Proactively engage and sell to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of products to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and dress to policy.
• Set up and break down Event Table for each shift.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per company policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as events.
• Use email, Word, and PDFs as needed.
