Job summary

Acosta Group, through Product Connections, seeks a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage customers, and demonstrate features and benefits while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role involves up to 25 hours per week, with duties including event setup, reporting, and basic computer tasks. Training emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with retailer standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
