Acosta, Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will gain product knowledge, engage customers, and demonstrate features and benefits while serving samples using small appliances.

A professional appearance and adherence to store and client expectations are essential. The role is limited to about 25 hours per week, with potential adjustments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge of products represented.
• Strong communication and engaging interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and interact with the consumer to sell products.
• Communicate features and benefits of the product effectively.
• Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as events.
• Access the internet and use Microsoft Outlook and Word & PDF forms.
