Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage shoppers, and demonstrate features with professional conduct. Prepare samples, maintain a clean workspace, and support client events and audits.

Role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and ability to interact with store staff. Expect up to 25 hours weekly; some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Proficient in navigating a computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the products represented and maintain it.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.
• Present a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution and achieve 100% execution of assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy and submit online on the day of event.
