Acosta Group, through Product Connections, seeks a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gain knowledge of products, and present them to consumers in a professional manner. The role supports client visits and events within retail environments.

The position emphasizes product sampling, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean, professional setup. This role is ideal for someone who can manage time and adhere to company policies while working up to 25 hours

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred; or equivalent combination.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented and demonstrate to consumers.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
