Job summary

Product Connections, a part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations, gain product knowledge, and engage customers in a retail environment. You will prepare and serve samples, maintain a clean workspace, and support client objectives across events.

Role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours weekly, with duties including reporting expenses, completing online requirements, and coordinating with store staff. English required; accommodation and travel may be limited.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience.
• Proficient with personal computers and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Communicate features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on event day.
• Navigate internet, company systems, Outlook, Word & PDF forms.
