Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to conduct in-store product demonstrations and drive sales. You will learn product features, interact with customers, and represent the brand professionally in a retail setting.

The role involves preparing samples, maintaining a clean workstation, and coordinating with client teams. It is a part-time position with a strong emphasis on execution and compliant with store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using common appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Complete on-line requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
