Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, prepare, serve, and break down samples, and engage consumers professionally.

The role operates in retail environments with a maximum of 25 hours per week, requiring a neat appearance, safety awareness, and basic computer skills. English proficiency is required, bilingual skills may be needed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months' related experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient at PC/mobile devices and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, reach overhead up to 65 inches.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and sell product to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up and prepare Event Table; execute tasks with 100% accuracy.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on the day of events.
