Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learning products, preparing and serving samples, and engaging customers with product benefits. You will maintain a professional appearance, operate demo equipment, and document tasks.

The role emphasizes proactive customer interaction, accuracy in expense reporting, and coordination with store personnel to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PC/mobile devices and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsabilités

• Possess knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access internet and navigate company systems including Word & PDF forms.
