Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations, learn product knowledge, and engage customers. You will prepare, serve, and showcase products while maintaining a professional appearance and following company guidelines.

The role is part-time, on-site in a retail environment, with the ability to interact with clients and build rapport with store personnel. Local food handler permits may be required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical Demands: standing and walking for shifts; push/pull of cart; lift up to 25 pounds; manage cooking and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge of products represented and engages consumers in a positive, proactive manner.
• Communicates product features and benefits effectively to customers.
• Prepares and serves samples using small appliances; maintains a clean, safe workstation.
• Sets up Event Table and ensures 100% execution on assigned work.
• Builds rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
