Job summary

CDS is seeking a Full Time Event Manager for in-store product demonstrations. You will recruit, train and supervise part-time staff, oversee product prep and presentation, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators. Grand openings of new locations may be part of the role.

The position emphasizes strong communication, leadership and customer service within a fast-paced retail environment, with full-time benefits and a set Tue–Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side branded consumer goods or similar mix of roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
