Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager for in-store product demonstrations. You will recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff; oversee product prep, presentation, and food safety; and train staff in customer service.

You’ll coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, and participate in grand openings at new locations. The role offers a set Tue-Sat schedule, full health benefits, disability cover, a 401(k) plan, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required or demonstrated on the job.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG company, or a mix of supplier/client experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Support new location grand openings as needed.
