Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to lead recruitment, training and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. You will manage product prep, demonstrations and vendor communications, including grand openings at new locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods is expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions, and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support maintenance and development of governance policies and procedures.
• Evaluate event performance metrics with District Manager and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activations, strategy and expense management.
• Enhance customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations.
