Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will coordinate product prep, training and delivery while liaising with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators.

The role supports grand openings and delivers high-quality member service. We offer a set Tue-Sat schedule, work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in client-side, branded CPG or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operations excellence.
• Support governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and budgeting.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
