The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or service experience is preferred, with the ability to speak to a diverse customer base including Spanish speakers.

Formación

• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service with cash handling in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies and supervisor directions.
• Assist in achieving monthly new account production targets.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to a diverse customer base.
