Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service including cash handling in a high-volume sales setting
• Cross-sell bank products and services to support customer financial goals
• Process deposits, verify cash, and balance daily operations
• Handle money orders, wires, and CDs as needed
• Maintain accuracy and comply with bank policies
• Assist diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers
• Attend to customers with prompt, friendly service and teamwork
