Job summary

You will coordinate testing, maintenance, documentation, and field validation while partnering with Procurement, Operations, Training, and field teams. The role requires 4 years of optical retail experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in optical retail, quality manufacturing, and lab operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of retail manufacturing operations, products, processes, equipment, and testing procedures.
• Manage material supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper function.
• Support testing and validation of lab equipment, supplies, lenses and frames for in-store manufacturing readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of test and process equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, logs, and data records as required.
• Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
