Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Problem solver who is willing to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements with or without accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from customers' online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers if requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties.
• Bag or package merchandise per company policies; label and store items for pickup.
• Dress according to company policy and maintain neat appearance.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team and assist in special projects.
