The GIANT Company is hiring to accurately select GIANT Direct orders throughout the store and ensure orders are fulfilled with care, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and efficient order processing in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools.
• Substitute items when requested.
• Assist customers picking up orders at parking spots or drive-through.
• Differentiate produce varieties and classes.
• Bag or package merchandise per policies and store items for pickup.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team on special projects and other duties as assigned.
