• Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Accurately match items from the customer's online shopping list.
• Shop multiple customer orders using designated tools and equipment.
• Substitute items for customers upon request.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated spots.
• Differentiate produce merchandise varieties (e.g., apples, lettuces).
• Package merchandise per company policies and label for customer pickup.
• Dress according to policy and maintain a neat appearance.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team and support special projects.
