Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-traffic warehouse/club setting.

You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected to what matters most as you join a dynamic, fast-paced team. We offer a competitive hourly base pay of $21.50 plus training pay, with an on-going incentive structure and a broad benefits package including stock grants, ESOP, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems.
• Build rapport, drive sales activity, and cultivate referrals and repeat business.
