Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to energize customer interactions in a bustling retail setting. You will educate customers on wireless options, demonstrate value, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; knowledge of promotions and apps will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months customer service and/or sales experience preferred, retail environment nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions, identifying customer needs and applying solution-based selling.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions and processes; ensure a seamless in-store experience for customers.
• Build relationships with nearby store teams and assist with account setup and device support.
