The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

This role also supports leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and provides exceptional customer service to clients and team members. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits, and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps and rotate stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
