The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, rotate stock, and manage shelves while tracking inventory to boost sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. This role offers training and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
