Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating products, and tracking inventory. You will also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to help store teams run smoothly.

We value strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, safety-first mindset. Applicants must be 18+, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be ready to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembling displays and end caps.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps in stores.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and shoppers.
• Record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
