Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own end-to-end merchandising tasks in-store, including planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and support store operations.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may be 4–10 hours with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, reading, writing and counting skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform store price changes accurately.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using the GURA approach.
