Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain signage while delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment according to guidelines.
• FAST Team Members may be assigned other duties.
