Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

You must be available for variable shifts, maintain planogram integrity, and perform related merchandising duties. Prior retail experience is preferred; job requires reading, writing, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
