Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers to provide legendary service and support merchandising tasks as needed.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, willingness to work varied shifts, and the ability to read, write, and count. Training emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
