Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You’ll interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and count accurately, with shifts spanning typical store hours and a focus on teamwork and safety. This is a hands-on, in-store position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Adaptable, service-oriented and able to communicate proactively with district and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and assist with other duties as assigned.
